• Orders once placed can be cancelled within 1 hour or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
• In case of payment issues, we may cancel the order and notify the user.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by location. Pets Lover Pune is not liable for delays due to external logistics issues or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Always consult your vet before introducing new food to your pet.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
