1. Areas We Serve

We currently deliver within Pune city and select nearby areas. You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode during checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4 PM are usually delivered the same day.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 4 PM are scheduled for the next day.
• Custom Delivery Slots: You can request a preferred time during checkout or by contacting us.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer:

• Free delivery on orders above ₹499
• A flat ₹40 delivery fee on orders below ₹499
• Bulk or subscription orders may qualify for waived charges

4. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email. For tracking:

• Login to your account to view the live order status
• Contact our support team for real-time updates

5. Delivery Partners

We use our own delivery staff and verified third-party courier services to ensure reliability and safe handling of pet food packages.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen issues like heavy rain, local disruptions, or product unavailability may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will inform you promptly via SMS or phone.

7. Undelivered Orders

If we are unable to reach you during delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Orders not claimed within 3 days may be cancelled and refunded (if prepaid).

8. Packaging

All items are securely packed to ensure freshness and prevent damage. Perishable items like wet food are handled with extra care.
